Q: Got mine today been out the package for an hour and looks a metre to sort on side will this sort it’s self while expanding

I left mine for 24 hrs and it was ok but its sounding very short ? . I would contact the seller if its no different after a couple of days.

Q: Super king 4" mattress topper arrived and it is definitely not 4" deep but only 2". it this to be expected or have i been sent the 2" by mistake?

I had the same problem with a double 4" that came in the correctly labelled packaging but is definitely only 2" thick... Did you get this corrected? I've been trying to contact the seller.

Absolutely! I brought a mattress for my caravan it had to be lightweight so the quality wasn't great can feel the springs. So brought this it so thick and soft I am very happy this is the extra thick one so great .
