Thought it would be a cheap cable just designed to work with these niche headphones but the quality is noticeable. compared to cheap cables the wires are thinner, woven tighter and the insulation color is brighter.used these on the audioquest nightowls

i got this cable to replace the horrible stock cable that came with my Nightowl headphones. this cable is very soft and flexible, with strong connectors, and seems very well built. no microphonics at all, and shielding is good (no rfi static). all in all a very nice cable for the Nightowl (or Nighthawk). i don't notice any difference in sound quality between this cable and the factory cable. my only complaint is the price, it could be less, imo. but given how much i HATED the stock cable, i'll pay the price for this easy to use cable. for reference, i hated the stock cable because it was way too thick and stiff and unwieldy. i was always pushing it out of my way, and it looped oddly on my lap or desk. no such issues with the monolith cable! it's super flexible and just lays where you put it, no fuss!

Excellent cable; big improvement over the stock cable. Eliminates the microphonics issue that the stock cable has. Very nice looking too. Wish this had come as stock. Highly recommend.
