It looks nice and feels nice, but I find after daily use the red ribbon cord/barrier/fabric becomes twisted and rolls back up in the unit a little weirdly. This results in the attachment bit at the end being upside down and there being folds and creases in the barrier. Otherwise works great, good value for two of them

Ok quality. But the one we are using already lost the automatic coming back. The rope is all out.

These retractable barriers are cheaply made, but they do the job. Everything you need is in the box. It took 30 minutes to install both. I had a slight issue with one of them in that the belt would not retract when I pulled it out. But pulling the belt out fully returned the barrier to full working order. I guess the belt rolled up inside was stuck together somewhat. Other than that minor glitch the barriers have worked perfectly for several weeks; they are opened and closed each morning and evening.
