Good workbook
Good workbook with good exercises to practice self love and compassion. However on page 58-59 you're supposed to do a self compassion quiz in which you score different points, 10 questions and you can get 5 points per question, which is a max of 50 points but the pointinterval is 0-50, 50-60, 60-70 and so on up to 100... Sloppy that that went to print.

Tolles Buch um sich mit sich selbst zu beschäftigen und vor allem auch mal kritisch auf die eigene Denkweise zu blicken. In meiner utopischen Vorstellung sollte sowas in der Schule schon eigene Stunden bekommen. Definitiv eine Kaufempfehlung meinerseits. Wer mit Englisch Probleme hat sollte eine Fassung haben n seiner eigenen Sprache finden. Ist wichtig zu verstehen.
