They add a lot of cushion but do move around.

This product is definitely comfy and if there was a way to prevent them from rolling when I put my foot inside my shoe I would probably wear them more frequently.

The concept is great, and the ball of foot cushion does help keep my feet from sliding around as much when I walk in flip flops, but they do not stay in place. I have to reposition them every time I sit down.

Unfortunately the product was very thin and it was hard to put my socks on over them as they kept rolling.

Although I can see the usefulness of this produc, I wasnt able to use it when I need it. The first picture is what it looks like in the shoes I wanted to wear as you can see the product is clearly visible and doesn't look good at all. In the second picture the product isnt as visible but make the shoe too tight. I not going to return it bc u dont feel like going through that hassle plus it maybe something I can use in gym shoes.

It was great for metatarsal pain relief. I will continue to use them however I'm going to try to find another option as well for the winter time when I have to wear socks because the socks makes the rubber roll and it's hard to get it on with a sock.

These pads feel great and work well IF you have a pair of snug fitting socks on. Getting the socks on can be a challenge because the soft gel rolls easily. I could not wear them with sandals or flip-flops, I walked right out of them, they just slide off.

I bought these not as a metatarsal ball-of-foot cushion, but as a palm protector. Recently I've had a small ganglion cyst develop at the base of my second finger bone, in my palm area. It sits on a nerve and is quite painful when I have to handle hard objects (even a steering wheel) or use a computer mouse, etc. Being a 3D artist (Blender) as well as a VR gamer (Beat Saber, etc.), I had to find a solution.After trying many bandages, tape, etc., I was frustrated at the difficulty and annoyance of trying to bandage such an awkward area every day. I didn't want a full glove since that would be too much, but going through rolls and rolls of tape and "corn cushions" wasn't the solution.Then I remembered ball-of-foot cushions. These silicone cushions are PERFECT! They fit the area exactly, are comfortable, and don't interfere with using the computer mouse, my Valve Index controllers, or my Oculus Quest 2 controllers. Now I can finally enjoy Real VR Fishing again without the Oculus controllers digging into that painful cyst!My hope is that by reducing the amount of irritation caused by hard surfaces hitting the cyst all day long, it can finally heal. In the meantime, I'm so grateful for the relief these cushions provide.

I bought these for my metatarsalgia and thought wearing these might help me get back to my regular fitness routine but they roll up and move around too much when you are putting your socks over them. I can't use them at all. They might only work if you don't wear socks.

Really soft material. The padding could be a little more pronounced. However if the design was angled across the front of the toes I would give it a 5 star.
