Great Support that works for you
Excellent for back support. It takes a couple of times of practice putting it on the way you want it. But when you figure that out it is the best. It really lets you tighten it the way you need it. Other supports I have used don' do that. Once you use it a few times, wash it by hand in warm water and hang it up to dry. It resets it to use again. I bought 2, one to wear while the other is drying. I don't use them as often as before because it fixed my lower back.
