Amount of bands in package?

Just one pair in each package. One for the right arm and one for the left arm.

I have a 16 inch biceps is it fits on it

the package with item (band) is 4" I really don't think it would fit.

Are these good for tennis or golfer’s elbow as an alternative to the thicker bands?

Hi sorry no therapeutic benefits or attributes here. merely a sweat band that is most effective on tennis courts like today at 106 degrees in Ca. Foothills. They do absorb well though.
