This adapter is for American CO2 cylinders. Why is it offered for sale in UK I have no idea??It’s does say check so it’s on me. Also note all the reviews are American.Missed the return date so thanks very much.

Got this because it 'refills SodaStream bottles'. Unfortunately it doesn't fit SodaStream bottles, so it's hard to say its worth even 1 star.

Once I had a full CO2 tank this worked perfectly. No need to go to the paintball store or exchange official tanks anymore. This'll make up for the cost in no time.

Many have already said fill it *slowly*, it is 100% true. There's a soda stream valve put in to keep us from re-filling. Also as others have said, crack the 2nd red outflow valve, then open the 1st red valve closest to the tank maybe 1/8th inch. Then crack the tank valve knob until it just starts flowing. Then close the 1st red valve until its just barely flowing - very temperamental - as possible. Close the tank valve knob. Attach the sodastream bottle, and tighten the valve depressor. Open the 2nd red ball valve to purge the hose. Close 2nd valve. CRACK the tank valve VERY slowly VERY little. ***I cannot see how you can do this WITHOUT a scale!*** You can watch the scale to see it filling, maybe .1 - .2 oz/sec. If it's not filling the tank, the tank valve knob is open too much! I for one cannot hear the gas filling, but you can feel the connectors getting cold if it's filling. My factory filled bottles weigh in at 41 oz. Sorry, I'm not the best at directions. On my setup the CO2 leaks from the pressure valve if it's too high, not sure if it's intentional or not. I was only able to fill a 130l Sodastream about 1/3 full, once! The second time I tried it, using a different bottle, I could only get that bottle about 1/4. I'm using a digital scale and following the instructions. I even bought and tried using the replacement valves sold on Amazon.The plastic part that the hose connect to now just spews gas out, can't even partially fill a bottle.I see no way to contact the seller to complain; the web page says they will warrant it for a year but has no contact method.If I hadn't spent a lot to buy a big cylinder full of co2 gas, I would just go back to buying the profilled bottles. This just is not worth it!
