Requires Tools Average Homeowner Doesn't have
You need to cut the support pipe with hacksaw or sawzall. Also needs two very large Allen wrenches. Comes with all gaskets already installed, which was confusing as you also get a bag of gaskets all well labeled as to where they go, which is great. Just didn't know to leave them in the bag. so far its working great. The printed instructions show the sprayer hook pointing down. It needs to point up, otherwise like myself you will be dismantling your faucet to rotate the hook. I gave it 4 stars as you can't give a faucet a five star review until after its worked without fail for at least 10 years. The faucet it is replacing is 50 years old. Also comes very well packaged. We are very happy with it as of one day of use. I wish amazon would query us after one year, two years, five and ten, to update our reviews as longevity in hardware you are installing in your home is maybe the number one stat we want to know about.

Solid Faucet & Still Going Strong One Year Later….
I was a little worried when I bought this as it was much cheaper than the original one I intended to buy, but it is a solid, quality faucet that is used on a daily basis in our mudroom. I bought it for a dog shower and we use it for that and all sorts of tasks like dog bowl cleaning, boot cleaning, garden tool cleaning etc. I can’t speak to ease of install as a plumber did it. He made a mess of it (his fault, not the faucet’s) but he figured it out. I held off writing a review to see if it held up, and happy to report that one year in, we’ve had no issues with leaks etc. very happy I saved a bunch of $$$ but got a great product!

We love that we have this in our restaurant now!It was a total game changer for washing giant pots and the sprayers pressure is amazing for dishes!We are so happy with this purchase.I can't rate the installation since my husband took care of that portion, but it definitely feels sturdy !
