I purchased this product with the intention to disinfect small areas and surfaces and toys. It works very well. Easy to use. I ordered the Bioesque Botanical Disinfectant to use with it. Works well on high touch areas. I sanitized door knobs and handles, faucets and more. It works very quick and is very effective.

I bought this back in October 2023. The box arrived looking smashed and item looked like it had been used. I tried to return it but UPS said they could not take it since I didn't have a shipping box to ship it back in since that is what the seller required. Which is weird since I have returned other things without a shipping box no problem. So months went by and I forgot about it. I finally filled it up with alcohol in late January to try and use it. DID NOT WORK! Just made noise and never let any mist or anything out! Soooo mad I wasted money on this as it is not cheap! But the product is very cheaply made. Extremely mad that I received a used product that doesnt even work!

Really didn't expect this to work based on some of the comments.To start, we used it with ec3 Mold Solution Concentrate.Some people commented that when they used it, it left a film. Using the proper dilution of the ec3 per the bottle, we didn't see that. I tested it also by spraying directly onto a wood table and some metal items and there was no film to be had.I'm sure larger foggers are much more helpful, but for travel purposes, this came through for us.

I’d like that the product is chargeable you don’t have to use batteries I like this product however I think this product spray could be stronger otherwise good product

It worked for 2 weeks the first time I got this and it worked great until I charged it. The disi fectant would just pour out of it. I got a replacement within like 24 hours after I returned it which was nice. I used the replacement very little and it worked great until I had to charge it then that one started just pouring liquid instead of spraying. The battery is great before you have to charge it. The customer service is great. The sprayer is trash after 1 charge.

Used a total of about seven times, spraying an estimated 6-8 pints of solution. After first 3-4 uses, noted that a fully charged battery had gone from spraying up to an hour to perhaps 20-30 mins before recharge required. However, began to notice that the volume of spray was al,so falling off until only a slight dampness could be felt upon the back of a hand placed in front of the spray nozzle while operating at the highest delivery rate. (Sprayed less than an ounce of liquid in 15 mins). Unit was off warranty, but in reading comments about this product on Amazon site, observed numerous complaints that this device (and others like it) had a history of a variety of complaints for both of these and other problems. I decided to purchase an Asurion guarantee and when I contacted got immediate support; a UPS label was sent via email w/i an hour. Packaged and mailed the next morning and by noon received a note from Asurion that credit for the purchase had been authorized and Amazon confirmed shortly thereafter. I am very pleased with the service of both Amazon and Asurion with this service.

Product was very simple to use. Came with charging cord and charged quickly. Filled container with disinfectant and hit the button and it worked immediately. Two levels of power for more coverage. Has a light hum noise, but not too loud. Recommend purchasing!
