Story One Chef, Server & Bartender Work Pants for Men, 2 Utility Pockets, Black

As a chef behind a busy line, I can say without hesitation that these are terrific pants.They fit great (31 inseam only), they look great ( I dislike baggy pants), they hide stains very well, I like the various pockets they offer...and the customer service from Story One is responsive and caring.The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars, is that, like another reviewer also stated, they will turn a dark blue after many washings. After every ten hour shift behind a busy line, i wash them in cold with a mild detergent and dry them on delicateNo matter...they eventually turned from dark black to dark blue....not a great dye process, alas..though it shows this more clearly in the sun then it does inside the kitchen.

I'm a chef like many others bigger waist and short legs. After some hemming these will be great. Lighter material but still durable. Pocket on the leg is perfect for pribe thermometers that dont like to stay in arm pocket of a chef coat.

Amazing pants, love the material and the size is a great fit. Its really hard dealing with sweating in hot weather but these pants really free up air as I walk around, very good material.

I ordered two pair same size. The lengths are different! 2” longer for one pair!I like the pant, looks nice feels like it should last some abuse.

After exactly five cold washes, the color fades to a dark blue; ten cold washes make them navy blue. The pants feel great, and seem pretty durable, but the button on mine popped off after the second wash. I won't buy them again, but if you're in a pinch and just need them for the week, they will work fine.

It fit comfortable and it's breathable. Perfect for a speed key and wine opener on the side pocket. I used it when I bartend

Bought these for my son and he loves them. Fit great and really good quality, very durable.

Butt stitch popped first time wearing.. color faded dramatically in one wash.. side pockets too low.
