Only patch I use for pain and love I can get it in a 2 pack, easy to use, doesn’t irritate your skin (I have sensitive skin), you can take it on the go I put open pack in ziplock so it stay fresh

I have purchased these a couple of times to put on my shoulder and back for pain. They don't take the pain away entirely, but I find them helpful and able to reduce what I take orally for pain. I also put one at the base of my neck if I get a migraine and find it relieving. They are small enough you can keep some in your purse. If you are trying to cover a large area, you will need 2 or 3. I dont find them to irritate my skin and I have sensitive skin to adhesives. You can definitely smell when you are wearing them, but it is not offensive. If you wear one in an area that moves a lot, they tend to get wrinkles. By the time 12 hours is up, they are definitely without effect.
