Good book for parents

Sound, realistic, and entertaining tips and hints on how to negotiate kids’ risk in the real world. No-nonsense and very practical. A must-read for all parents.

I had high hopes for this book however the advice reads like a common sense manual on raising children. The font is large and clunky and feels like a kids book. The author doesn’t give me much more then I would get from just a general chat to another parent. I found it very basic and quite boring sadly. Maybe fine for a flick through on a coffee table but I certainly won’t be recommending it. Wish I don’t waste my money

May be helpful for those truly struggling with boundaries with their children. Was hoping for some interesting, creative ideas - didn't get that.

I bought this for my son and daughter. One will read it "looking back" as a checklist. The other will read it as a "heads up" on raising children. Also enjoyed as a reassuring read for grandparents.

Arrived quickly, as described, great ideas for young families. My family (kids 10 and 12) a bit past the target age group.

Excellent check list for parents who are raising kids. It is easy to understand and fun to read.
