NO SOUND! No instructions! Or defective?
Cute, but silent!I see the motion detector (hole) but waving at it doesn't activate the sound. I turned the bird over to see the bottom, where I thought there might be a place for batteries, but does it open?? IF SO, HOW?? The only moving part is the on/off switch which moves, but doesn't turn the sound on.What gives??
