I would give a 5 but they are a little smaller than I hoped for.
These are great candy cups. I put a sticking toffee fudge in them and they didn't stick. They are a little small and I had to spread them to make them accept the sweets. I will buy them again.

These are good price for the amount you get. They are very small, unlikely will they work for cupcakes or mini muffins, they are a good size for candy though.
