Unlike other strip lights, where you see individual light sections, these use a different technology, with smaller lights, closer together. I gives the look of one continuous light. It’s a much higher end classy look. Looks fantastic under cabinets. They are very easy to install. I really like being able to just Cut the strip at the length you need, and not have any issue with the lights. This is unlike the style where you see the individual light diodes in the strip and you need to cut in an exact spot between those lights in order for the light to still work properly. Most people will not find that an issue, however if you want an exact fit, you cannot beat these. They are only slightly more expensive, but definitely worth it. Anyone who has seen these in our house comments on how great they look, and that they have not seen a continuous lighting strip like this before. If you are looking for this type of lighting, I highly recommend these.

Bought to light up our wine cabinet and then bought more and used it as under cabinet lighting in the kitchen as well. The coloring is good. Not a blue white. It is more of a soft light and that is what we wanted. It fit in the channels of the glass cabinet well and displays our stemware.It showed up quickly and at a great price

I used this light strip for a project installing toe kick lighting in a kitchen showroom. The color temperature was a match to our 3000k scheme used through the system and the brightness was exactly as desired for the toe kick location.Also, the 3/4" cut increments allowed us to get the light to go end-to-end even on the smaller runs, delivering even illumination the whole length. I'll definitely use again.

The 3000K waterproof 5.5m warm white strip only draws 1.82A, so it only dissipates 21.8W. Not the 27W advertised (a 20% drop). That would be a good thing, but it's also approx 20% less bright than a standard LED strip with 60 SMD 2835's per meter. The "improved" 2700K 18 ft waterproof strip with 502 LED's/metre draws only 0.89A, so it uses only 10.7W instead of the 27W advertised. Again, that should be a good thing, since you need a smaller power supply. However, it seems even dimmer. Not impressed with the brightness.

I just wrapped up a huge remodel where I used these LEDs for under cabinet and under island lighting. The adhesive strip hooked up for a permanent bond and the color of the light was a great mix of warm and bright. Lots of light is emitted, they are super bright. Easily the brightest I've ever used. I have left these on for days and they very slightly warm to the touch but definitely not hot. My pic is real estate photo from the listing. These lights make my barnwood feature pop and provide high quality lighting for the countertop.

No way these are anywhere close to 1000 lumens per meter

I'm considering running these on the grid of a drop ceiling to replace fluorescent lighting in a classroom. One strip produces light equivalent of a 4ft t8 bulb. We will be using two of these strips to light a disaster relief trailer. We are running them off of a lifepo4 battery generator with 12v output.

Nothing like the pictures…ordered 6500k and they are yellowish and soooo dim! Do not buy unless you want super dim lighting accents…

Correct power to the strip will result in a good constant warn glow that looks smooth with no bright spots like the standard led strips Thumbs up for this. Just get correct volt parameter - I have it working via radio frequency remote control No issues. Class look to the strip

Used the cool white to replace some old LED that were the awful spot ones. This really is a continuous light strip. So easy to hook up to my transformer. Only think that could improve it is if there were connection wires at both ends
