Whilst this is a great product , ordering the large quantity is a false economy as there was a US customs duty payment of £12.29 to pay on the delivery . Not impressive ...

Oh, Where to begin telling the tale of my tragic love affair with this product... Over the last couple years at least, I’ve raved about Natural Calm to friends and family, as it’s been immensely helpful in easing jaw soreness, aiding muscle recovery after workouts, and contributing to more restful sleep. It’s something I’ve taken daily—the one supplement I feel drastically worse without after a couple days of skipping it. Sadly, it seems they’ve taken a good thing and done jacked it up.This was my first time using the new version with updated packaging, and on first sip, I noticed an odd, plasticky scent. When I got to the bottom of the cup, there were chunks of white material left over, which, if you’ve ever used the older version, you’ll know is not normal. Assuming they had to be undissolved bits of calmag, I chewed them but couldn’t crush them with my teeth. Eventually, I swallowed the granules of who-knows-what, still trying to convince myself they had to be minerals. On the following days I tried different water temps, to no avail. I also noticed that this batch didn’t seem to be helping with my jaw soreness, but not drinking my Calm didn’t seem like an option, as where else was I gonna turn?Over the weeks that followed, I found myself drinking down to the bottom where the bits of shtuff lay waiting and then throwing them out, skipping days so as not to ingest what tastes and feels like everything the CA Prop 65 notice on the product page is warning me about.Over the past 10 days or so, I’ve stopped drinking it entirely, as the benefits I’m used to seem nonexistent with this batch. That, and I’m half convinced it’s killing me.Today I came to Amazon to buy another batch (even though I still have over half left of this one), missing the benefits I depend on and thinking, “Hey—maybe I just had some plastic or ...something fall into my bottle as they worked the kinks out in their new manufacturing process. Surely they’ve resolved the issue by now.” After reading recent reviews and seeing that others have noticed the mystery matter in the new version as well, I came to my senses and decided to spend a chunk of my life writing an essay of a review, hoping that doing so would be cathartic—but alas, I’m still feeling crappy.In conclusion, I’d really please just like my Calm back. If you see her, let her know I’m here waiting, in jaw soreness and bodily tension, for the day she returns. Until then... anybody know of similar products that haven’t yet been ruined by this cruel, corporate world?

I just canceled my subscription. I’ve been using this product for a couple of years, it helped me stay regular. The last order I received was drastically different. Very gritty and did not dissolve all of the product. Very disappointed, looking for a replacement!
