I've had a tan operator Condor hat since 2016, wear it everyday and its held up til here recently as the stitching at the brim began to separate. Lots of wear and sweat in that hat but the replacements I just received so I can retire the original are exactly the same quality and fit as the original.

i wear almost everyday, it stays in place. sweat will discolor this hat, but it still fits fine after wash.

I like the hat but I was expecting it to be fitted.It has a Velcro adjustment strap.
