Lifetime90797 Big Stuff Adventure Swing Set, Brown/Green

After an exciting 5 week wait, the massive crate finally arrived! The delivery truck was not the most graceful... but the boxes within the crate were fine.I noticed the boxes were labeled, 1 through 8 so I opened the first box looking for the instructions to get started. Not there... box 2, nope. Box 3, nada. At this point I went from the other end and opened boxes 7 & 8 - no instructions! I then scoured the internet and attempted to print all 93 pages out, and ended up just going step by step.Huge Tip: Instructions are in box 5 of 8!!!Other than that slightly frustrating start, the swing set is FANTASTIC! We are very pleased with our purchase, and have installed it into a permanent concreted area in the back yard for our 3 boys.Excellent quality, I’m 200 lbs and can swing as high as possible and the thing stays together without the slightest sign of danger. Great product!

Playset was delivered in 8 boxes on a box truck and took about 4 weeks to receive. Instructions are okay to follow, but the labeling of the structural members are terrible. No label actual labels on the parts, besides telling you what box they are in. The BILT app was awesome to use, since you can rotate the design and have it repeat the steps. Overall assembly went pretty well, had to go back a few times and flip pieces because I had them backwards. Design is really nice and my kids love it. I would definitely recommend this playset, but take your time and pay attention to the orientation of the parts. Assembly took me about 8 hours.

It is clearly a sturdy product and it is also clear that a lot of thought was given in the product development and manufacturing process. Everything fit together perfectly and the high quality was evident in every component. It took a long time to assemble but, given the size, and details tended to in the product, this is not a negative. The pieces were clearly labeled and the many screws, washers, nuts, and bolts, were packaged in blister packs that were clearly labeled as to the component they needed to be installed in. Additionally, the directions provided good detail about how to put together each component part and to attach them to the whole unit. Thus, I rate it easy to assemble.

The play set was delivered on a pallet with multiple large boxes. It rained for a couple days before we could get to it. The boxes fell apart from the rain so we took everything out of the boxes and stored it in our garage until we could get to it. Once we started to put it up we soon realized the pieces were labeled by box and not each individual piece. So we had no way to determine what pieces went where. The instructions were not detailed enough in certain areas. If bar KJM had holes in two sides it didn’t tell you how to install it. For example Holes up or down or side to side.Needless to say it took twice as long to put this thing together. Poor labeling and poor instructions! Also be aware that your land has to be completely level or it will not go together.

The bolts have way to much thread lock on them and make it hard to thread. Some of them broke until we figured out what the problem was and scraped some of the blue material off of the bolts and they threaded much easier. Use the app to assemble it was much easier.

I really wanted to give this five stars because this swing set is great,; however it came with the majority of the boxes damaged. We didn't realize this would be an issue until we laid it all out and began to build. When opened it was revealed that the damage to the boxes had resulted in scratched and gouged posts and missing parts. We were able to go to our local hardware store and find some of the replacement bolts and nuts, but due to these issues we cant attach the binoculars or the sit and twirl feature that's below the club house deck.

The kids love this swing set and I couldn’t be happier!!You do have to pay attention when putting it together and make sure the holes are facing the correct direction. Also a tip is to not over tighten the screws! My husband put it together by himself in about 20 hours!The swing set is very sturdy. Delivery was fine and the boxes came with everything in them not damaged! Overall great!!!

Great playset. Was able to install everything in a couple hours other than making mistakes and putting a couple items the wrong direction it went together with ease. Just take your time with the hardware, I had a few bolts break while installing. But all and all seams sturdy. We lost our last wood playset in the wind and I don't thing it will be an issue with this one.
