Really good quality. Bought a large for my 8mo American Akita.

I bought the collar for my toy poodle and it looks great! My dog loves it as well. My dog is extremely active and adventurous. The collar has held up very well and does not lose its color.

Updated Review:Since we kept the collar, we tried softening it up and put it on our pup. We really like it now. My husband is able to easily grab the collar, when necessary. My hand is smaller so it feels tougher on my hand, but it's solid. The buckle is sturdy and reliable. Now that it's worn in, it's a hit!I have a Neapolitan mastiff, with a pretty thick neck. He's still a puppy so he has a lot of growing to do, but he is 120lbs. This collar is wide! I don't think I would mind as much if it were flexible, but it is pretty stiff. It does have a nice color, but my pup can't freely move his head as it fits more like a brace. It's bizarre. I still have it because the return was going to cost me, and the seller needed to evaluate the item to ensure I would be receiving a full refund minus the return amount. I hadn't damaged the item, and it still looks new, but given that I was already going to be charged for the return, I didn't want to risk losing any more money, and be left without the item. We still have it and may use it in the future if it loosens up a bit. Maybe I'll toss it around and smash it with a meat tenderizer to see if it'll better suit my big guy...Not for us.

This is the best collar I've been able to find for our Bullmastiff, Tonka. He's had it for a couple of months now and it's holding up great! The stitching and leather are very sturdy and still in tact. It has soft padding on the inside and that holds up great also. He usually wears out his collars by now but not this one.It's also true to size so if you have a giant breed, it should fit properly.I'm very happy with this purchase

I purchased 2 collars at the same time for similar size, house dogs.Our Shiba is chill and independent. Her collar is Pink, looks “classy” and cute. It doesn’t smell. Still in very good condition.Our playful and energetic Pomston’s collar absorbed sweat, smelled and the color orange started fading in a few months. I threw away that one and purchased a waterproof type for our Pomston.**I wouldn’t recommend this leather collar for an animal that’s really playful and runs often. It absorbs sweat. Unless the dog is bathed often. I rarely write reviews unless I feel that customers should be aware of; unless it faulty or operable and “as described.” Thanks for reading.

I love everything about this collar. I needed to get my 3 year old Rottweiler a new one because she was wearing my 13 year old little man’s collar from when he was young. He went the same collar but smaller around 11 years old. He passed in March so it made me sad to see the collar.When I saw this pink collar that was also great construction with nice padding I had to get it. It’s very striking on her and I am sure it will last for years. I am going to get the matching traffic lead leash.

Had this collar less than a month and the leather is cracking. A leather collar should let much longer than a month

This collar is thick leather and a beautiful color. It will last, even for a large dog that likes to pull.

We love this collar. Have an orange once for one of our dogs. Solid, easy to put on and take off. Comfortable and durable.Would love ablue (medium size) for our other dog. Will you be getting blue in?
