I found BLAfit through Instagram. I’m very new to face yoga and had no idea it was even possible to exercise your facial muscles. But what really made me order this product was its ability to relieve headaches.I didn’t have much expectations for this product, but because I’m prone to frequent headaches, I figured it was worth a shot to try. As soon as I received my product, I scheduled my 5 minute consultation with Dr. Maryam. I explained to her my concerns and I’m so grateful I connected with her. She’s incredibly smart, patient and caring. She explained to me how to properly use the BLA to target my main problems.Now, I use my BLA in the morning and at night. It’s amazing how much such a tiny tool has helped relax me. I’ve noticed I don’t get many headaches anymore and if I do I immediately do my BLA exercises. Using the BLA during my headache has provided me with instant relief. I’m glad I don’t have to resort to using so many pills to take the pain away. This is a much healthier alternative and I’m forever grateful I trusted my gut and ordered this product. I literally don’t leave my house without my BLA.The product also came with sacha inchi oil capsules. The oil isn’t sticky but feels really nice on my lips. I usually put it on at night to avoid waking up with dry lips.I’m excited to continue using this product and see the other benefits it provides.Overall, I definitely recommend this product. This is very easy to use and isn't painful. I believe it is toneing the bottom portion of my face, including lips, and give it a more healthy look. It's not like lip filler or surgery, but I do look better from using it. Definitely in my top 5 beauty gadgets.

I put an old glide dental floss package in between to create more resistance. My lips look smoother and bigger and the area around them looks smoother

I am also doing this doctor’s full TMJ treatment but this jaw exerciser is great. It helps build strength in your jaw muscles to help with TMJ. I can tell how weak those muscles were before I started this. This basically has tension in it so you move your lips together slowly to build muscle strength. It’s painless and also feels good to exercise those muscles that for me had been so prone to causing pain. Also I really am noticing how toned my jaw looks! -Melissa
