So I found this to be very lightweight, easy to clean/non-stick, and does transfer heat well-- phenomenal.What I write to warn is that it might not be high heat resistant and/or it is non-suitable for an electric stove. First time using it and I thought that the strange smell was some residue/coating that didn't initially wash off. I was cooking high to medium heat for about an hour. It wasn't until after that I realized that the pan had melted off some black residue in the shape of the bottom design.
