This is my first Electric File and its amazing. Saves so much time taking off gel polishes rather than hand filing. It comes with a fine, medium and course bands for the mandrill bit which is all you really need to take gel polish off. It came with a few other drill bits but if you want to use for taking alot of product off It's worth expanding your drill bit selection and paying for some better bits as the rest that come with it are OK but not great. No vibration, good to hold as its nice and slim and also comes with a foot pedal attachment. I would really recommend this E File.

I liked this product very much... I was a little worried about using it for the first time but I shouldn't of been, it was very easy to control with easy to change files and easy to hold...lovely product.

Absolutely love this product, the packaging is beautiful and the drill works so good. Low rattling noise even on a high speed and overall great quality.

I had the product for about nine months and then the reverse switch stopped working, so it only files forwards now.

Took it out of the box, plugged it in, the light came on but that's about it. No power, no rotation nothing! Item returned.

Blown up twice.
