Amazing company to deal with!
We ordered the jungle gym as an Easter gift for our kids. It was delivered on April 5th but we didn’t put it together until Easter Day, April 17th. It went up relatively quick, super sturdy, and the kids loved it. Fast forward just over a month and the kids informed us that one of the bars had started breaking. It looked to be a faulty bar. I checked the return policy and we had missed the cutoff by 6 days. I contacted the seller to see if we could purchase a new bar. Told them what happened and sent pictures. The sent is a replacement bar for FREE. No questions asked. They had said that they wanted to make right what was broken because they appreciate their customers. We will definitely buy from this company again!

The kids love it
It took forever to put up! We kept having to put it together and take it back apart but omce we got the hang of it it was alot quicker. Weve had 5 or so kids on it at a time with no problem. My brother in law climbed on it and bent a bar but it still works fine lol

Fun for the kids!
We ordered this for our two boys age 7 &10, they love it.It definitely takes two people to set up but we got it done in about and hour and a half.It’s really sturdy, I was able to climb around on there without it budging.Over all it was a great buy!

Sturdy but difficult to assemble do to instructions.
Directions were terrible, no website videos. We Got it done finally and it is very sturdy! It is a bit big for our 4 year old twins grandchildren but it will be a perfect size very soon!

Waiting to hear about a replacement part
After construction, We noticed that one yellow pole is damaged. We would just like a replacement.Update: Happily, we received the replacement part and are very happy with the service.

Grandkids love this
3 of my grandsons play on it at the same time. Very sturdy...assembly is best with at least 3 people....but other than that, simple set up

Very nice!!
With two people it was super easy to set up, just a little time consuming with all the pieces. Holds up amazing and my kid loves it! 10/10

A five year old child standing on a bar can bend the bar
Playground use .. not strong enough bars for average 5 or 6 year old.. holding up other than curved bars
