Update!! If you have an IUD, take it out!! That was the cause of my issues for SO long. The minute i took it out- DONE! Gone. No more BV!Such a beautiful thing we have but damn is the vagina complicated!I have been suffering from BV for at least two years now and the smell is so embarrassing I feel it’s seaping out of my pores. I can smell myself as I’m very aware of the very distinct smell of BV. You aren’t alone! This doesn’t mean you are dirty! Just know- no matter how many times you shower- this is an internal problem and an off balance of our PH. . I have spent 100’s on copayments, antibiotics and such.. I’ve literally tried it all and I will list them because maybe it will Work for someone else. Obviously do your research first on the methods I list because if you’re like me- I was desperate for anything that worked. They all made minimal progress but this gel in combination of PH boric acid (suppository only. Do not ingest) seemed to work best.Other methods I tried:Best time to do it: Evenings.bedtime*dont forget panty liners**BV gel - this is messy but works*Boric acid (do not ingest these!!!)*Dmannose**if you need an immediate bandaid** wash yourself out. Basically Warm water/peroxide in a Douche bottle. I poured everything out of the packaged bottle and put this mixture in and allowing it to sit for a couple minutes. Hold it in. Important !!! —->Dilute the peroxide or it will burn.*Tampon in 50/50 water and peroxide (dulute it!) 30 minutes then remove.*Probiotics (yogurt, kefir, supplements like acidophilus )FYI- I’ve recently read that Vitamin D could help in balancing BV along with a multi vitamin. I’ve began drinking milk and drinkable probiotic yogurt daily. (If you can tolerate dairy)Diet: watch your sugar and carb intake (this doesn’t work for me. Keep these for those times you have to take antibiotics or just feel a little "off". TMI, but don't use too close to frisky time because when they dissolve, they get the consistency of a wet pill. If you have a date with your SO, or anyone else (you do you boo) use one in the morning. By night you're good to go.

Ladies I am in the midst of a full on female medical crisis of which the most embarrassing side effect is a very smelly cat. Do not buy this! I took 2 pills (one in morning and one one at night) the next day all this pink/red fluid was gushing out of me like water my panties were soaked. I stopped immediately, fast forward to a week later and I was bleeding so heavy with a foul smell ( no I wasn’t due for period) I had to see my GYN. He told me this is rat poison to not ever try it again unless he prescribes and it’s made at a compounding pharmacy which is safe. obviously it’s harsh on the vaginal tissue. It also made my period come 12 days late! Girls don’t buy this.

BUY THIS! I honestly started using this product last night before I went to bed and I do not have a suppository applicator so I inserted it in with my hands with no problem. I have been struggling with reoccurring BV for about 9 months and it honestly sucks! The smell bothers me and the discharge causing me to feel uncomfortable especially during sex. So far within the 13 hours I have used it, I noticed the smell was completely gone and my vaginal pH feels balanced off rip. No more irritation and smell. I have been using this for about a month now and so far so good . I normally suffer from bv before my period arrive and this has helped a lot. I use one before my period comes and another after my periods end and if i feel off down there i pop one in pun intended lol :) and im good by the next day. Tip though I would suggest once u have it in to wear pantyliners as it leaves a little residue but other than that its a game changer for me :)

Works! I had BV with watery ammonia-smelling discharge. Gross and embarrassing. I noticed a difference with the first use and it was completely gone by the third treatment. There was no burning or uncomfortableness and virtually no discharge. This works like a miracle and sure beats a pricey embarrassing visit to the doctor. I’d buy these again in a heartbeat.
