Good but not the best.
Used to replace my worn Campag blocks - road bike Chorus calipers - I would describe these as a bit spongy and not the best. That said probably infinitely better that most of the cheap blocks on here. But for me it simply confirms that Campag’s own blocks are the superior choice.

They work as well as the originals
I'm always on the lookout for savings on bike kit as it can be expensive, but am very discerning, especially when it comes to safety. These replacement pads work perfectly well, and are cheaper than the Campagnolo ones.
