PopSockets: PopGrip Basic - Expanding Stand and Grip for Smartphones and Tablets [Top Not Swappable]

This is a basic pop socket without the option to swap tops, which I prefer. It arrived on time, was packaged well, is standard size and easy to apply. It is matte black on the top as pictured in the description however the retractable section and base are a lighter gray. The color difference is not shown in the description or pictures at the time I purchased this item. I personally don’t mind the color difference so I still give this five stars; others may want solid black.

Works perfect. Not swappable which is just what I was looking for. The adhesive is great. Seals immediately. Easy to wipes off and clean. Pops up and down like it should. Overall great product

Great for arthritic hands. slim fit. Good for horizontal positioning but not vertical.

This is my second Popgrip and I have been happy with both. They have never loosened their grip on the case and I've never lost my grip on the phone. I offset the grip and it works very well as a stand.

I was hesitant to purchase a pop socket after using a ring for years, but I am glad I did. This adhered strongly to my textured phone case, and it fits in my pocket without a problem. I think it makes holding the phone easier, and it makes a good stand for propping up the phone. It has even withstood the constant pulling and pushing by my 3 year old grandson during my 3 week visit.

Just got this yesterday and attached to my phone. It's a simple, straightforward popsocket.Some things that I would note is that the base seems thinner than my previous ones (though still plenty sturdy). I consider that a plus, though, as it makes it more streamlined.I didn't give it 5 stars for the following reasons: I was a little surprised to discover that the head of the socket DOES NOT SPIN. I don't remember there being anything in the product details that mentioned that. Every other popsocket I've ever had rotates on its base. I tend to fiddle with my popsocket a lot so I was a little disappointed to find this one did not spin.Secondly, I wished it could have come with a black base instead of the gray.Overall I'm happy with the purchase though.

This is a solid popsocket.It sticks very well.(But even if it didn't, you can just buy foam tape at the dollar store, which sticks very well. That's also good for future reuse/repositioning).The backplate has rounded edges, which is important for long term use.My previous one has a very sharp, narrow edge, which kept digging into my ring finger as i used it. This eventually resulted in a wart.But this one has rounded edges so it doesn't dig into the skin or cause or exacerbate wart formation.One small downside I noticed is that the body of the structure when expanded can easily collapse from side pressure from fingers. It pops back into the proper form easily and doesn't seem to have a major effect on structural integrity, bit it has only been a couple of months. I will see how it does in the long haul over years.But otherwise, it is a priced better than most popsocket, and it has all the right features and quality.Highly recommended.

I've tried one or 2 alternatives to this from the cases with a finger ring attached to the metal ring type and they all suck compared to the original pop socket. This one lasts 1-2 years with regular use and is the most comfortable and secure. It also functions flawlessly as a stand for when you are watching a video sideways on your night stand etc. Will continue to ONLY use this type in the future and looking into the car mount but holding it is easy with your hand on the gearshift and able to toggle screens if needed.

Adheres very well to my cell phone case. Works really well for hilding onto mt phone.

I ordered it twice from this seller. The first time everything was fine, but the last order was terrible. The popsocket didn't stay on my phone at all and lasted only two days. I will no longer order from this seller.

this is real nice only problem is i have big hands sometimes hard to get my fingers in there
