Probably not. I have a 2007 2500HD Silverado, and found mine is a "three", not a 4 groove when I pulled the OEM arm off to compare. I ordered this part, and just had to turn around and order the correct instead one as my truck is now down until the correct one arrives. Yes their parts chart stated it fits the HD's such as mine which are the same from 03 to 07 cat eye classic body style, but it won't. I'm pretty sure the same goes for the Sierras as well. I went with part #ACDelco 45C0075 Professional Pitman Arm. Hope this helps, and saves you the issue I am having to address.

These are frequently bad and cause poor precision in steering. My experience on the 2500hd trucks shows there are two variations- one is “3 spline” and one is 4.
