I like these capsules because per two capsules, you get 1000mg, which is the amount of Omega 3 one should be getting. Don't go for anything less, 1000mg is the recommended dosage, so make sure you're getting this much!As for the capsule shape, it's a little difficult to swallow, however, I've discovered the following helps me swallow them:Sit up straight, place a capsule in mouth, take a large sip of water, and lower your head (as if trying to touch your upper chest with your chin) and swallow. Then I wait for a few seconds before taking the second capsule.Doing all of this, the capsules go down smoothly.Omega 3 is essential for women going through that annoyingly insane time in their lives...when things start to stop working! And all that useless insane stuff starts happening to us!There is no fishy aftertaste or any fishy burps, so the capsules have been formulated very well!Price wise, they might seem expensive to some, but you greatly run the risk of rancid Omega 3, when you buy cheaper options.It's great that astaxanthin is included which has its own benefits-look them up! One thing I would say again, it's great for women, who are going through that insane time of their lives!I'm definitely buying from this company again, because they've put an effort in producing quality omega 3, with the added benefit of Astaxanthin.

I used this as a supplement because who eats oily fish twice a week - right?. The gel capsules are quite hard to swallow- always swallow with a drink.

Some time ago, I ranked another brand as the top omega-3 product in terms of quality. However, as I delved deeper into the subject, I noticed that 99% of brands on the market do not specify whether their product is in TG (triglyceride) or EE (ethyl ester) form. If the manufacturer doesn’t disclose this, it usually indicates a much lower-quality supplement.After extensively testing various brands and gaining deeper insights through discussions on omega-3, I can now confidently say that this product is the number one choice on the British market. I am so happy with this pills effect. After 5 days of taking them, I felt a big improvement in my sleep pattern. Before I would get a 17 minutes deep sleep, now I get a deep sleep for 2- 2,5 hrs and this is not changing, today I am at day 13. Day time I also think better and feel more energetic and mind is clear, I am able to get my work done easily, I also feel happy without reason, such a good improvement in a short time.

I was originally very chuffed with these until I realised the values given for EPA are for TWO capsules. So in taking 2x pills daily, you get 670mg of EPA. The 'dishonest branding' reviews below refer to the fact that they bundle the EPA and DHA fatty acids together to claim '1000mg'.The studies on the health effects of EPA used 1000mg (i.e. 1g) as a threshold level - that's the mild anti-inflammatory effects, and the impact on mood. Taking 2 of these daily does not reach that threshold. I'm a bit annoyed as I've just bought another bottle - I'm gonna search amongst the 2000mg Omega-3 options to see if I can find ones that cross that 1000mg EPA level. Should be noted that these still function well in terms of taste etc, and I do in general feel a slight lift of mood and affect.
