MOOPOPS Yoghurt Pot Lids – The Original Reusable Silicone Lids

Many pots now don't have covers and this is great idea to avoid using something else to cover and potentially having to discard often. Easy to use and clean, this is a great use, durability great. The material silicone is flexible so it is easy to place on the pot, and compatible.

I purchased these as many of the larger yoghurt pots no longer seem to come with the plastic lid which keeps the contents in place once opened and cling film doesnt seem to cling any more.Puchased a pack of 2 of different sizes. The larger fits the Alpro yoghurt pots 450g and the smaller one fits a decent size sainsbury double cream pot.A little disappointing that the moopops will only fit on a pot when the foil is removed (so you need to keep a note of the use by date). Whilst the tops fit the 2 particular pots I have mentioned, it is well worth noting the structure of pot is key. The structure of Alpro has cardboard around which makes the moopops fit better as pot more solid. However, disaster with a sainsbury double cream in a flimsy plastic pot. Lifted the cream pot from the top shelf of the fridge and the structure squeezed in and the moopops top shot off and, disaster, the cream spilled all over 3 shelves of the fridge and my arm. A major inconvenience of a cleaning up spree on boxing day! Ideally I would prefer a proper top that goes completely over the pot sides, but haven't found one of these types yet. I need to be mindful that these moopops are not foolproof and secure for future long term use and handle pots with care when using thrm. I was going to buy another pack but think I'll give that idea a miss for now.

I use cream daily and usually have about half a dozen containers in the fridge. For the last couple of years or so, they haven’t been sold with clear plastic lids. Once the lid is opened, it’s impossible to place one container on top of the other, so they take up more room. I’ve tried lids designed for cans, but they don’t fit. These silicon lids solve the issue.They’re nicely packed in a quality card box. There are two in a pack; a small pink and a larger blue, both pastel shades. They fit the standard cream cartons well and seem very good quality. Easy to wash by hand or in the dishwasher. I’d say they’ll last for some years. I’ve bought two packs and I’m very happy with them. Can now stack in the fridge with ease. Happy to rec.

These are, in principle, great, although I do find them slightly fiddly to fit - you need to carefully work your way around the lid every time. That said, they look great and are very easy to clean in the dishwasher.The biggest problem is that, for the most part, the pots that they actually fit are (I find) ones that I tend to empty in a single sitting (other than cream). I bought the pack with two different sizes, and I've *never* had the occasion to use the smaller one! What I really need a lid for is pots that are about 11cm across, such as Tesco's natural fromage frais (although those pots, ironically, often still come with a plastic lid). Funny old world.

No more trying to balance the flimsy paper or foil lid back on the yogurt pot. The larger lid fits most 500ml yogurt pots snugly and they’re easy to wash by hand or in the dishwasher. I’ve found the smaller lid a bit more hit and miss fit wise but that’s not the fault of the lid - it just seems smaller pots are more variable in size! Can’t attest to how leakproof the kids are as I haven’t knocked any pots over yet.

Okay. This cover is a little bit fiddly to get on your yogurt carton. However once you do it correctly. It is absolutely fabulous. Now when you first get it, you will struggle to get it to stay on the carton and you will curse yourself for believing the positive reviews. You will rest it on the carton and think "that was a bit of a waste of money". Then when you've got over your upset, engage your brain. You really need to shove the rim of the carton into the groove in the cover then shimmy it round the whole way so it clicks into place. It will then suddenly fit perfectly. You will be able to pick your yogurt pot up by the lid, drop it out the fridge (probably hold it upside down, but I haven't tried that) and your yogurt will stay exactly where the factory intended. These covers are wonderful and invaluble. I do care about the dolphins and the polar bears and the seals but it was annoying when cartons stopped coming with the plastic cover. It cannot be ok to just leave your yogurt pots chilling in the fridge with the just the film rested over them. Well buy these covers. Apply them diligently and properly and your life will be improved by at least 1 percent because you can happily buy the cheap yogurt in the big container instead of the single size snack pots because you don't want to leave half opened packages in the fridge....

Doesn't fit, doesn't create a seal, not sturdy enough, just a rather useless buy really.Was looking for a good lid for the bigger pots of cream/yoghurt etc. to be able to put them on top of each other to save space etc. but was greatly disappointed in these. They didn't fit the larger pots properly, kept coming off and doesn't create a good seal.

These lids are a great solution to the new problem of having no lids provided with yoghurt/cream pots etc. The smaller lid seems to fit all the pots we have of this sort but the larger lid is slightly too small for some manufacturer's large pots and they have no stretch in these lids. I think manufacturers need to standardise their pots but in the meantime we've bought some stretch lids too - not as easy to use or as nice but do fit all pots.

Super Produkt! Ich hab es mir nach dem 1. Gebrauch direkt ein 2. mal bestellt. Schade ist, dass man nicht nur eine Größe bestellen kann.
