IOGEAR 2 Port Compact PS/2 KVM Switch w/built-in 6ft cable

Simple in concept, just plug and play with hotkey switching via the scroll lock key, with switching lag of only 2 to 3 seconds. This is an outstanding 2 port VGA KVM switch with dedicated USB keyboard and mouse ports and connections to share audio between 2 computers. The 6 foot PC connection cables means no more scrabbling under your desk when disconnections might happen as with other KVM switches which typically only have 4 foot long PC connection cable.This KVM has never disconnected in the 6 months that I have had it and has proved to be exceptional in every way. I have tried many other, albeit cheaper KVM's and they have all proved to be unreliable and had to be returned within a few weeks.This Switch may be more expensive than others and incurs shipping costs as it comes from the USA. Delivery time took 3 weeks. What more can I say? It ticks all the boxes for a KVM and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a reliable KVM switch

Excellent connect two computers to one screen

I got this KVM switch hoping to be able to use my wireless keyboard/mouse to control my work and personal computer. The feature I was especially interested in was the ability to reconfigure it to use ctrl as a hotkey rather than scroll lock, which I don't have on ANY of my computers or keyboards. The support person was courteous and helpful, though it took awhile to get through. Let it ring til they pick up - there's no call queue.Turns out that the hotkeys don't work at all. When I called support, they indicated this KVM is only compatible with wired keyboard and a separate wired mouse. That some wireless devices work and some don't - in order to be sure I'd have to purchase a wireless keyboard and mouse set from them. I ended up returning this and going with a different brand, which has worked seamlessly so far. Just wanted to let people know of this limitation so they don't have to go through the return process.

We are combining a windows7 computer with a windows 10. Wish us kuck!!! This part with two others were what we needed!! Thanks and highly recommend this item (Maybe I should return after installing it???? A++

The device works well, and even though it has VGA connectors, VGA to DVI adapters works fine with it. It is small, and you can conceal it as you won't have to touch it afterward once installed.It's really easy to switch between the two systems by double-pressing Scroll Lock on the keyboard. Finally no more unplugging and replugging my main PC when repairing someone else PC!
