Great product! Great price!. I guess I could have installed it myself but I wanted to make sure it was done properly. So I hired a license electrician who also does surveillance installation. The process was very smooth and easy. Once the cameras were mounted you just follow the steps on the screen by using the mouse provided. Then download the app and you're done. Make adjustments from the app or log into the system itself. Worth every penny! Great night vision also. A bit too sensitive for me but I'm learning to adjust and getting more familiar with the settings. Make sure you register your product for the warranty.

Fake, Fraud, Compromised prior to reaching my destination. I purchased Lorex’s wired and wireless cameras from One Point Surveillance after 6 months the wireless cameras quit working, I kept purchasing the wireless cameras until I realized there was a issue with the cameras. I am a Veteran with an 81 yr old Mother’ I purchased these cameras in a last effort to curtail some of the Heinous Hate Crimes that were being perpetrated on our Property; not only did the Crimes increased by purchasing these cameras and installing them’ the Crimes now were being committed in Broad Daylight, as well as at Night in front of the Wired Cameras. I would come outside to physically see the damages, but when I would try to view the footage from the Cameras wether wired or wireless it showed Nothing! Lesson Learned’ Hopefully, I pray, someone reads this and stops this Practice’ I spent a lot of money on these cameras, now I have the increase damages to property also.

The product did not work from the start. I called customer service 3 times and it worked for only 30 minutes after that. If you want to spend hundreds of dollars for this product and hundreds more to install it, for one massive headache then this is the product for you. Otherwise stay away.
