Amazing quality
I love the thickness and the quality of the matt. I have a bad knee, so when i was looking for a matt i wanted one with a little thickness to it and this one turned out to be perfect. The quality of the material makes it firm enough that it doesn't slip around like other thick mats do.

Great for medium intensity
This mat is great for a stretching or a lite flow session. The mat gets a little slippery during a more intense yoga session making it hard to hold when you are at an angle and your weight is pushing your anchors away from each other.

holding up well
After having a few $15 yoga mats disintegrate, I decided to spend a bit more and see if it was worth it. This mat is still holding up well and is about twice as thick as the inexpensive ones at target and Walmart so I’m happy!

Yoga mat
Its a great size and very comfortable. Will mot slide but I am having trouble that my hands and feet stick on it. It should be a regular side and the other a suction side.

Good grip, slick design, but not as durable
The mat has really good cushioning and the design is great. It does retain stains more than I thought, but I can deal with that. So, the material is very absorbent, so I would recommend using a light cleaning agent after every use. The only true con with this mat is its durability factor. If you choose to wear shoes, be prepared for tearing. I have used three different yoga mats and while this one has the greatest comfort and anti-slip features, the durability needs improvement.

Nice quality mat
Really like it. Is just a little slippery doing certain yoga positions, but better than your average mat.

Bien. Un poco grueso para mi gusto y me lo esperaba mas antiderrapante en la parte de arriba. Se resbala mas que uno sencillo que tenía.

Mat lacks grib
There isn't much grip when doing poses. Hands tend to slide.Other then that, it's okay.
