Decent diffuser, very cheap for what it does!
Pleasantly surprised given the low price, fits my Canon RF 85mm f2, nice diffusion for near-macro subjects at about 1:2. Use your flash on manual at about 1/8 power to avoid over exposure. Obviously not as good as a proper diffuser hood at 10x the cost but much easier to carry on holiday,

Too big for a M4/3 lens and no instructions to fold it back up again!!!
I've given this four stars as it is a great bit of kit and good value for money. I could give it five stars. And it certainly softens the flash. And is sturdy and has a nice bouncy sound to it. I doubt it would be easy to make something as good as this yourself.However, the hole for the lens is too big for my Micro four thirds lens, and you have to sort of angle it and hold it in place. Maybe this is what you do with all lenses, but I was expecting it to 'elasticate' round the lens. The upshot is that it strays forward too much. For invertebrate photography it's a bit too instrusive.Also, how the hell do you fold it back up?Otherwise - if you're a DSLR user (which I was for many years) this would be perfect and cheap.
