I really like that it does not shift or move after placing it on the counter and when using it.

This may worked great. It’s sticky so it doesn’t slide around. The guides were quite useful when making my pie crusts

I love the way this rolling mat lies flat on my work surface and stays put while I roll my dough. It’s easy to roll up to store.

I love this the only problem is lint sticks to it sometimes so when you’re trying to roll your fondant, the lent that stuck on it will go in your fondant

I did a lot of research and this product made the short list and did not fail to please. It came folded yet no creases in it and I store rolled. It has all the basics I needed with the measurements, and the larger size fit well on my counter. The underside adheres very well to the countertop and can be smoothed out easily of any wrinkle. The top side was great for its non-stick properties with my croissant dough. It would have been nice to have more straight lines in the middle of the circle for lining things but it wasn't that big a deal in the end. It is best to clean off excess dry flour first with a simple paper towel or a cloth and wipe with a wet cloth and try it with another versus taking it to the sink unless you have other things stuck to it that require a wash. Very, very happy with my purchase and it has made my baking better organized with the measurements on it and cleaner than using my countertop surface on its own.

I love the 20 x 28 size, I can roll out a large batch of cookies or pastry without going over the edge. I was pleasantly surprised, I thought it might be thin and flimsy but no - it's thin and sturdy. Grips the quartz counter firmly, once it's down it doesn't budge even with the most enthusiastice pastry rolling. It rolls and folds without making creases. Cleans with a rinse and drys fast. I wish I'd had it years ago.

I like this pastry mat for making scones. Keeps my counters clean. Very durable and easy to clean.

Great size , little pricey, nice that can be folded and stored away, wipes off easily , nice product , one less star due to price
