Have used this for 2 yrs. No issues or problems to report. Like the double hook that helps to stabilize the bucket on our dog's crate. Large enough so don't need to refill it as often as a smaller one we accidentally bought for one of our other dogs.

It's a nicely made bucket. I will be getting a larger size in the future. Hangs well from the crate and is easy to clean.

I bought this 2qt stainless steel flat sided bucket to keep in my dog’s crate. It holds the right amount of water and is deep enough not to splash out easily. It is wide enough for my poodle to get the water, but narrow enough to keep her ears out and dry. When I leave her in the crate for over two hours, I clip the bucket handle to the crate as well as using the hooks because she does like to play with it😊. I like the bucket so well for her that I have eliminated her bowl on the floor, and just keep the crate door open when we’re home. Floor and ears stay drier 👍🏼.

AUGUST 2018 - So ... It seems to be working fine. it is a good size for our year and a half old boxer mix pup. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I'm not sure how long it will take her to nose it up and dump the whole thing all over her crate. I'm just not sure how to secure it to prevent that from happening, but not take away the ease of lifting it off to clean / fill (which I actually really really like!). And then ... she's smart, maybe she will be smart enough to not dump her water. I'll update after it's been in use for a while, if she leaves it alone, I'll pop it up to 5 stars.Update: so we've been using this for a while and our spoiled rotten boxer mix has nudged it off the crate twice. Both times set off our glass break sensor of the alarm system. However, both times it was in protest of it being empty, and only once was it when we weren't home. She actually seems to prefer this one over the regular bowl / jug waterer. Going to order a second one for food in her bowl for the occasional long days in the crate.Second update (April 24, 2019) -I finally got around to ordering another bowl because summer is coming and there might be a few longer days. Today was anticipated to be one of those so I took the second bowl I ordered (arrived yesterday) and put 2 cups of kibble in there for our fur baby. Yep. Nope. She doesn't dump her water, but she won't let the food there. The mess was insane - kibble EVERYWHERE. Will need to look into securing this better if we are going to make another attempt. I am not docking stars, because this isn't the items fault (really), she lets the water bucket be. But I am sharing as a tale of caution for anyone else with a stubborn as all get out pooch. I will say that the original one is still in pristine condition. I run it through the dishwasher at least once a week for good measure, but it has never seemed icky and it still looks brand new!

I bought these b/c it’s hard to find buckets for the Ruffland crates, and these are perfect. The hooks are straight (many buckets, the hooks are bent out to each side, splayed out basically, but these are straight up and down which is so helpful). Highly recommend.

I have pugs that drink lots of water and love making a mess this was just the right size and what they needed to not make a mess, their face fits perfect with no issues

Hangs perfectly in my dogs crates. Usually my dogs would spill their water in their crates until I got this bowl. No complaints on this product at all!

Great product. I use them with my puppy and when we travel. A pet owners must have!

I recommend the flat sided stainless pail. I use these to hang on the inside of the front wire grid door of my dog crates. It may not be evident in the picture but the pails have two hooks and the pails stay in place quite good hanging from the wire door while driving, at least while driving on reasonably good gravel roads. The 2-quart size is the right size for a medium size dog. I have Brittanys; the pail is large enough for them to comfortably drink from and lets me open and close the crate door with the pail staying in place.

Bigger than I had thought. Using them for inside my dogs XL kennel . Couls be used to feed horses. The pail is nice however one of the hooks has already fallen off which kinda defeats the purpose of buying hook on bowls.

Really impressed with the quality and fits well in van and for dog crates at home, in fact was so impressed bought more.

Super happy with the quality and the size of these pails, better than expected! Definitely recommend these for hanging inside a kennel for the small-medium sized dog. So glad I found these.
