SimplyProtein Bar, Cinnamon Pecan, Gluten Free, Non GMO, 1.41 Ounce (Pack of 12)

I am already a fan of Simply Protein bars. If you are looking for a vegan, low-sugar protein bar, this is the best I have found. I have long loved the Lemon Coconut bar -- best (to me) of the 3 flavors my grocery store carries (other two are Chocolate Peanut Butter and Double Chocolate). I decided to order a box of Cinnamon Pecan as treat. These are delish!As others have noted, soy protein isolate may give you gas at first (think really concentrated beans, right?), so I would not start off eating a handful of these. As a treat (half of one curns my sweet tooth) and as an occasional convenience, I am loving these.

I was in search of a dairy free high protein/low carb snack bar. This seemed to be perfect, especially since I am pregnant and diagnosed with gestational diabetes. I tried it and a few minutes later felt queasy and "off", I chalked it up to being in my final trimester and decided to lay down to sleep it off. A few days later I had another bar and again experienced the queasy off feeling, then in the middle of the night I felt intense gastrointestinal distress as other reviewers expressed. Then came the frequent/urgent trips to the restroom, it was so uncomfortable and not to mention concerning since I am pregnant. These bars are awful and don't really taste so good either. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase.

I've been around the vegan, low sugar, high protein bar block and these are the best I've tried. They taste great but more importantly, the texture is great. They aren't so hard or chewy that they pull your teeth out, and they aren't dry and pasty like a lot of these bars are. These are made from some kind of puff so they're crispy.

This bar has very good macros and tasted far better than I expected for the small amount of ingredients and sugar in the bar. I first go these bars back in 2016 when the were about $18 for a box (which I hesitatedpaying back then), now they're $32 which is not worth it to me. If you go to the direct website you used to be able to buy in bulk which saved you some money, but since the last time I checked their website they had discontinued the product (unfortunate).

GREAT PROTEIN BAR AND LOW IN CALORIES!!!!! In my effort to loose weight, I researched protein bars for hours. This is the best bar for those trying to loose weight by watching calories. The bar taste great and keeps me full for hours. I personally like the taste and enjoy the texture compared to most protein bars. It works as a filling snack to keep me going while i'm on the run.

I've been trying to find a protein bar with a flavor I like that's actually healthy and I finally found one. These aren't loaded with sugar or extra calories which is great and they come in unique flavors that aren't peanut butter or chocolate.

There is waaaaay too much cinnamon in these. I ended up throwing them away because no one would eat them.

Omg these protein bars are sooooooo good. They don"t even taste like a protein bars. Super yummy and the macros are great! So glad I found them, such a treat

Too sweet! I’m really sure it contains polyols sugar alcohols that are not enlisted in the ingredients and that’s a shame! Not satisfied with the product.

Very tasty and not too sweet. On my list of favourites.I feel sorry for the vendor as shipping right now (during COVID) is terrible from West to East (in Canada). So be prepared to be patient. My order was stuck for well over a week in Calgary according to package tracking. 14 days from order to delivery.

Very nice sweet low calorie snack. Unfortunately no longer available in Europe/The Netherlands so high shipping costs. But worth it!
