Love this. Bought this for my son who loves my electric carving knife.He has big hands but says the grip is good with dry hands. Safety 1st!!

We use the knife to cut all out meat joints, turkey’s and chicken, and find it easy to handle and it does an excellent job of slicing the meat exactly as we like it,

Installing the blades are difficult just slight push but is not that easy. Takes me around three tries I am positive my wife wouldn't try it that long. Blades are nice does excellent on meat and bread.

I love the knife set, I make a lot of angelfood cakes and this knife is a god send. Easy to use and looks great on my counter too.

I like the fact that it does not have a safety switch that make it hard to use. I use it every day and well pleased with it.

I really like how this unit works but the docking station is very clunky. The plastic piece that helps it stand up won't stay in place so I have to hot glue it. And the knives will not stay on the dock. They are always falling off even with the turn lock. They just slide out the bottom. Bad design. But the unit works great! I use it on my sourdough :)

I must agree with onather people, it's difficult to insert the blades. When the blades are in, the knife does a good job cutting on meat and bread.

I liked the product on first inspection. However the power plug is not suited for Australian power points. Now I have to go to all the trouble of wrapping it up and sending it back.

Knife protection sleeve is a joke. Very difficult to install blades. Do not buy!!!

I received the electric knife i had to buy a conversion plug because it had a different one to ours when i plugged it in smoke came out of the back and it never worked so i had to return it
