This woodcare brushes set includes 3 stain brushes of different sizes and thicknesses to meet all of your home improvement needs. The sizes included within this wood brush set are 1 inch, 2 inch and 4 inch and they are all compliant to industry standards ISO9001. These wood brushes feature specially blended X shaped hollester and natural bristles. This blend is designed to receive, hold and deliver an exceptional paint load which is most important when applying woodcare products. The smooth curved plastic handle of the paint brush allows for higher grip, pressure and comfort for more heavy duty purposes. The hanging hole at the base of the handle can be used for easy storage of the varnish brushes. The largest brush features a plastic tab on the neck of the handle. This tab allows the brush to hang from the side of a paint can and prevents the brush from falling in. This results in easy application and less wastage of product. These assorted brushes are designed for use with all woodcare paints, stains and preservers. They are excellent value brushes for DIY and trade users as they deliver a professional finish. The brushes are not ideal for viscous coatings.

Will not last
I bought these based on previous reviews, however was pretty disappointed. Although the product was quite well priced for value, that should actually have been my first caution as obviously the brushes are NOT robust. On a plus side they are easy to clean & for the most part they apply paint well (wood paint in this case). However, the bristles distort easily and the handles are flimsy. I have so far treated one gate and a fence, and do not anticipate that the brushes will survive to finish the last fence (& neither are long!)... Therefore, for a small job they are fine, but for more than one job, or a longer task...AVOID!
