It’s very hard for me to find a good vitamin that actually helps and doesn’t upset my tummy. This one definitely hits all the marks. It gives me energy and all the daily supplements I need. Its very easy to take and has a good taste, with still having very little sugar. I can definitely tell when I don’t take it! I’ve been taking this specific one for years and I’ve been nothing but happy :)

They taste good. But most important the ingredients. They have omega 3s and many vitamins a person needs man or woman. This is my 5th bottle and I is so worth every penny. I used to be extremely anemic and these are keeping my iron up. They work very well with my Zoloft and keep my mood up. Best vitamins

54yo post menopausal, heavy drinker, 90lbs over weight, sleep apnea, mild arthritis in knees, brain fog, stiffness, body aches, severe depression and anxiety and these vitamins are giving me life. I started a APAP machine about 1 mth ago while having used these vitamins for about 2 mths and my energy and brain focus improved almost over night. I was using my knees and bending them further than I had in years! But I made the mistake and stopped taking them 6xs a day and noticed body aches and my mild arthritis returning. That’s when I realized the vitamins were helping me more than the APAP. So I increased the number I am taking a few days ago and my energy and strength is returning. My goal is to increase my H2O intake, walk my dog 2xs a day and start some cardio in my garage gym. The vitamins are giving me hope that I can turn things around and get back to a healthier lifestyle. The taste is no problem at all and the benefits far exceed the value!!! They may be making my coffee gas worse so gotta give up coffee….

I was very surprised to get this in and look at all the vitamins it has in it. I have definitely grown to like the gummy form of vitamin taking. It does make it easier to swallow. Smells great and you get a good size for the value, 120 gummies. The serving size is 6 gummies, but wow they are incredibly sweet. Like too sweet. At 6g of sugar a serving, it’s 1g of sugar a gummy, which is only 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, so per serving that’s a tablespoon of sugar. That can add up quick. Not sure about hair growth yet, as I am also taking a different supplement for hair growth. I am hoping this will help with balancing my nutrition as I’m in a region of the US where we don’t get as much sun in the winter months as it also gets cold here and have to cover up and can effect the amount I am getting naturally. Has everything a woman needs for daily nutrition, however to prevent hypervitaminosis as I take other supplements, I am only going to take 3 instead of 6. Should last me 40 days that way. Overall great product so far.
