Dont be over 5 years old, you will be Disappointed.
I teach EFT Tapping to middle schoolers and always looking for additional material for students. This book is a good introduction for parent reading to young children or 5 to 6 year olds. I wouldn't say it's terrible just not what I was looking for, very simple.

10 minute magic!
I gave this book to a 7 year old and she mastered the material very quickly. She immediately started sharing it with friends and family. She had no previous experience with EFT or Tapping methods. I also enjoyed using the book and noted that I was able to use it to calm my anxiety. A kid friendly guide that simple yet effective. A home run!

Awesome
I love this book for my son, so much so that I bought a few copies and gave them out to my friends children for presents. They all say the kids love it, and I know it works for my son. Nice and easy to read and do. I just love it!

Wonderful book!
This is the best best on Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) for children that I have seen. The focus is on positive emotions. I have already used this book in my therapy groups and highly recommend it for parents, teachers as well as therapists. I have trained older students to use this book with younger students as part of a peer mediation program.

My clients and their parents easily implement the strategy and practice at home
This is so simple, yet effective. My clients and their parents easily implement the strategy and practice at home, with positive reports.

Tapping happy
My 3 year old granddaughter loves this book. She loves to tap "happy", although the other day when she was really upset, she wanted to tap in "peace".

I think it is a poor way to introduce EFT to children
I work as a counselor in a school and use EFT on occasion with some of the students. I have yet to find an EFT book for children that makes sense. This one is no different. I do not think that the children would identify with the battery. The picture that had the tapping points was confusing. I think it is a poor way to introduce EFT to children. I do not recommend this book.

Good, but FasterEFT is better.
This is actually quite a nice little book - not much than a pamphlet, really. It introduces very young children to the concept of tapping to get rid of bad emotional stuff, and that works well, but I think I still prefer Robert G. Smith's "FasterEFT" (reviewed elsewhere).

A little too simple for those with no prior knowledge
I bought this book to use with my 6 yr old that struggles with calming herself when her mind runs rampant with all the what ifs. I had seen a video clip online where tapping has had positive affect on younger kids helping them to calm down and focus in a school setting and was looking for a book to give us some direction in putting it into practice. This book however is a little too simple in regards to tapping and if you don't have prior knowledge (where do I tap? How hard? How long?)... you're going to want to search out more information online or buy a more in depth book. If, however, you are familiar with the practice and want a simple way to introduce the concept to your child... this book is for you.
