Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use these in my house. I have two older dogs, and as soon as I plugged them in and set them to the correct frequency, they tried to run for the hills! I wrote to the company explaining what happened, and they gave me a full refund with a heartfelt apology. They insisted that I keep the product AND keep the refund. I'm so disappointed that I couldn't use these in my house.. Lizards keep wanting to come in! I'll try them outside, though. We have a covered patio and front porch. My two cats weren't phased by the plug ins, for anyone who has that concern, but it upset my dogs. Hope this helps someone!

Followed instructions. Bought several double packs of the exact same ones here and in other places to place around the house per instructions. All efforts ended in absolutely no results. The frequencies were sometimes audible to me, and my dog ran out of the room when he entered and heard it, then refused to go in the area where they were at all. I tried them for 6 weeks but felt the noise wasn't worth it for the dog or the people. I tried to contact the company using the info. provided inside their packaging and no one returned my communications. Could not be more dissatisfied, but the mice are very, very grateful for products like these as they are still hunkered down and thriving in our beautiful mouse palace.

I sprayed the whole outside of my house about a month ago but i decided that we needed to have a child and pet friendly pest control inside our home too. Well i have one of these plugged in right under our front bay windows. About 8 hours later the largest stink bug I've seen all year crawled from the window right to the outlet where this was plugged in! Right next to it, passed by it, stopped because that's what they do when they see something move (i walked to it and used a paper towel and took it outside)! That doesn't seem like pest control. That seems like "pest attract"! Haha

Is not pet friendly, at least not for all dogs.. we have a few dogs, and one that won't go into the room when one is plugged in.. if he is in the room he turns his ear to the ground and puts his head to the floor. Goes away when unplugged.The others act anxious.. pawing at me or trying to sit in my lap.. please don't advertise that it is per friendly unless it is thoroughly tested.. this product obviously has not been

We live near the ocean and vermin are a common problem, regardless of how clean a house is kept. After two years, I have noticed little if any reduction in presence of mice or rats in places where we have installed two of these units. Several times a year, vermin infest and die inside the wall where a unit has been plugged in constantly. Can't say for sure that there wouldn't have been even more, but this product certainly does not scare them all away.

These do not seem to work. I put one near the front door and window and one behind the refrigerator. We have gnats, assorted bugs and spiders coming in the door and windows and mice. The dogs initially seemed disturbed but then settled down. I find dead bugs under the nightlight but I am still batting bugs in the room and had a spider crawling on me. They have been plugged in for several weeks. I also have two other brands in the house and none of them seem to do what they say because not one room has been spared the bugs or mice.

Unfortunately these are doing nothing for me. My bug problem is ants and centipedes especially this time of year. I've had these Ultrasonic devices plugged in now for 3 weeks and have had three ant outbreaks and found two centipedes crawling around. The devices are alternating between the two different frequencies and seem to function fine but they just don't seem to be effective against my pests.

It seems to work good on some pests but not good on others. I had mosquitoes in my house and after two weeks they were gone. I also have pantry pests and the product does not work at all on moths. They fly around with no issues and continue to hatch. I have tried to remove all foods that create these pests but I still get a few everyday and this product has had no effect. I have thought about returning it but I'm still holding out that maybe it will work.
