I have never seen such a drastic change in the appearance of acne on my face since using this product. I just spray a couple times a day when I remember, and then also on the go if my face feels greasy or sweating. My face cleared up within a week. My mistake for not reading the ingredients more closely but what a rip off! It isn't worth the effort to return but it makes me mad someone is "marketing" a 2oz bottle of water as a "First Aid Spray". It is literally a bottle of tap water for all I can see.
