The product arrived and only one cord worked on the electric blanket. Complaint made to seller but no response.

As the weather has started to turn a little cooler I decided to test the blanket. The controls were very confusing. Our old one had three temperatures - I set mine at 2, my wife set hers at 3. Once we got into bed we turned off the blanket as we did not need to leave the blanket on when we were asleep, which we considered normal !After playing around with the control for quite a while we eventually realised that it was no possible to set a temperature before we got into bed - which is a little weird.So I decided to call the manufacturer - and they told me to click onto the Ready for Bed button and it will be lovely and warm in 10-15 minutes, which is was not. IN THE BROCHURE IS STATES VERY CLEARLY IN ONLY TAKES 5 MINUTES. When I questioned the person at the manufacturer about this - she said it was a mistake ! Before getting into bed, there is only one button we can use and only one temperature !I do feel we have conned on this product !! What can you do about thisKind regardsMike Bunning

Imissed sending it back by 2 days while moving house.IT WALKES OFF THE BED LIKE A RACE HORSE. IT MOVES ACROSS THE BED FASTER THAN I CAN. IN 3 DAYS IT IS DOWN ONE SIDE BY 6 INCHES. THERE IS NOTHING TO HOLD IT IN POSITION.MONEY BETTER SENT TO THE DONKEY CARE HOME

This was to replace a double size blanket since I bought a king size. Actual element size is not much bigger than double - but just enough to stop me exchanging it. I have owned several Dreamland blankets in the past with no major problems. This takes longer to heat up than others, certainly not 5 minutes! It usually stays in place and is very comfortable. The controls are rather more flashy than is necessary but I guess these days technology is over-used. I hope this over complex controller doesn't come at the cost of reliability. Would recommend - some reviews were very critical but not correct in my view.

We previously had a king size intelliheat for our old double bed, as the heat elements started way inside the edge of the bed and buying the next size up put the elements upto the edge of the bed. This blanket warmed up very fast and was covered in thin fleece, and deserves 5 stars.We now have a king size bed, so required a super king size blanket. The one we have now has artificial fur instead of the fleece and does not heat up so well and also ‘creeps’ sideways with the pile so needs pulling back into shape every morning.Saying that, it is still a good electric blanket.

This product has stopped working and we contacted the manufacturer and they said we need to return it to amazon for a replacement.
