Paganism: A Beginners Guide to Paganism

It is a decent crash course to get a basic understanding of paganism as a whole but a bit too political for my taste the author leaning heavily to the left side if the isle throughout the book and referencing Marxism in a favorable light several times if that is your thing yoy will like it if you want a less political book like me it would be best to find another

This book is a great way to learn what the fundamentals are in paganism. Not too in depth but just enough to get a person started.

This is by far the best book I have ever read. I have read it multiple times and also given several away as gifts.

I have finished the book and have to say it okay. I have a book that goes more deeper then this book okay it is beginners but not much is for me and/or caught my eye most of it i felt i knew and i give it okay rating

This is a fairly good introduction to paganism. It gives a concise overview of the subject to the reader. However, there’s a Table of Contents, but the pages are not numbered – so what’s point? Also, this book is FILLED with typographical errors. Either it was not proofread, or poorly done, prior to publication, which greatly diminishes its value/rating for me.

Good place too start learning about different aspects of pagan religions. Good references for further reading. Would re commend to others

Very interesting read, esp. For a beginner. Highly recommended . I found I had been a practising Pagan and never realized. Do harm to none.

Very nice book full of great quotes worth saving. Paganism is such a peaceful religion. They believe that if a person is pagan - they will find their way. They'd rather a person do their own research instead of going from door to door or preaching to everyone they meet. Also paganism is very open to all different religions and do not put any religion down. It's great.Very informative about the types of paganism and different gods which I wasn't too interested in to be honest as I find these myths and god stories a bit silly. I think I will be reading more about godless paganism. This book has great basics.

It arrived on time! I haven't read most of it yet but judging by the contents page, it will be great for me to start off with. I was recommended this book by a friend who is also pagan. Only downside for me is the cheap-looking cover and a few mistakes in the book. Other than that, it's great!

Being a beginner I didn't really know what to expect here, but I was amazed at the complexity of it all. It was a lot of information to take in, but so very detailed and informative. A good and interesting, and sometimes inspiring read.

Got this on kindle while looking for inspiration. Really good reading. Very informative and thought provoking for someone exploring their own reality. The kind of book you can dip into without reading it from cover to cover, although I did because I couldn't put it down.
