This shirt is nice, I have only been using it for 3 days.Initially, it was super tight but I noticed on the 3rd day it was easier to take on and off. It helps so much to maintain heat and make you sweaty, if you’re like me and struggle with the midsection or just want to have core temp. Up for workouts this is honestly a real good bang for your buck!I clean with soap and water after every use and air dry it.I got the 4XL, I am 6ft 325lbs.If you are a bigger person please just get two sizes up they do run small.Idk about durability but either way for the price I’d buy again. I love the product. The only thing was the size horse. It’s hard to put on, but it feels great on you.

I ended getting a small size just because it looks big on the site. Well you have to get the size you are actually are. It's a good fit after getting a new one. I lost 10 lbs in less then a week.

I ordered a large and it's a little too tight should of ordered an XL. Yet it's does what it's supposed to. I think it's a decent price as well.

Works great as intended but runs really small so buy 1 or 2 sizes up from your normal wear. I wear a large and it fits like a small

Great product, it does make me sweat a lot, the only is the size, I would advise you to follow their guidelines and buy one size smaller.

I bought the Small T Shirt and when waiting, I read the reviews to size up and thought it would be too small. When it arrived, I was surprised to find it was too big. I looked the size guide online and, as I have a 29” waist, it would be big. I went to return it but couldn’t find an equivalent available online which would have fitted. So, I wore it under a compression top and it worked well. I’m disappointed that I couldn’t get it in the correct size but workaround was very effective.

I’m usually a medium in tops I would recommend get XXL if you are a medium overall good would be happy with it if it was a bigger size.
