how many come in a package? Thank You

There is just one in the package!

Do these fit any other rotary trimmers on the market?

I would guess not. Every trimmer is a little different.

what is the defrance between this one and the colonial blade

The Colonial Blade is one of the "decorative" blades, it does a repeating design when it cuts. This one is a straight blade that just cuts a straight line.

I have the 12"/a4 trimmer and different blades. somehow i have lost the lens that holds the blade in place. any way to buy just that piece?

I don't sell that item, I would suggest you search for the piece your looking for with the model number of your cutter.
