I received with latest manufacting date and same as describe...

Between 12 & 12.3 volts.
Batteries seems original. Package was damaged during delivery. No manufacturing date, but expiry date is July 2020. All batteries were found to be between 12 & 12.3V. Each battery is 28.20 long & 0.80 wide(refer pics). Like AA & AAA battery, this is known as MN27, Google it.
