It is as described, easily adjusted for size, and comfortable.
Comes as pictured. It was a bit big for my little girl (sizing just didn't come in her size.) I was able to just add a couple safety pins and it worked.

Beautiful costume
This was perfect for my daughter's curriculum day! It was a great fit! The sash was pretty, but you have to either hold it or lay it just right over the shoulder. The headband was cute, she just decided to put it on as an actual headband, so not sure how it would be the other way.
