Cast Iron Pre-Seasoned Cornbread and Scottish Scone Wedge Pan

While nowhere near the quality of my original Birmingham Stove and Range cornbread skillet, it does make good crispy cornbread (its whole reason for existing). Being 11 1/16 inches at its widest point, it fits easily in a small camp oven and even in a large dutch oven for its intended use while camping. While it is considered "pre-seasoned", I still treated it using the Camp Chef cast-iron conditioner (CSC-8) that does not go rancid quickly like lard or Crisco, then put it through two heat cycles prior to its first use. I like it, and gave it a solid 4 stars as a result.

Very heavy cast iron with thick dividers and rough edges. I bought several as gifts for my scone themed Christmas gift giving and I'm not thrilled, but they'll do for the price.

This pan is not very deep, a little shallower than I expected (use or reduce recipe to 1 cup cornmeal, or prepare to put batter in twice), but worked great.

Made scones and they where awesome and this pan was a help , scones will be made again shortly in this house
